Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change. The following policies outline cancellations, changes, and refunds for room, spa, and group bookings at Everwild Canmore Nordic Spa & Hotel.
Flexible Rates & Packages
Applies to: Rest & Renewal, Four Elements, Reconnect Together, Stay 2 or 3 Nights Offers, Winter Sale, and similar flexible offers.
- Cancellations or modifications are permitted up to 72 hours before arrival at no cost.
- Full payment is processed 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days.
Spa Access & Day Passes
Applies to: Spa Day Access, Midweek Spa Day Pass, Local Discount, Basecamp Guest Spa Discount.
- Cancellations or modifications accepted up to 24 hours before arrival.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Refunds (where eligible) are processed within five (5) business days of cancellation notice.
Non-Refundable Rates
Applies to: Non-Refundable Rate (20% Off), and similar prepaid offers.
- These rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after booking confirmation.
Group Bookings & Events
- Hotel Group Bookings (include spa access):
- Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. This applies to both hotel and spa reservations included within a group block.
- Spa Group Bookings:
- Small groups (up to 25 people): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
- Large groups (25 people or more): Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the reservation date.
- Cancellations received after these deadlines are non-refundable.
- Basecamp will notify you if your reservation qualifies as a group booking.
- Other group blocks may have additional or alternative cancellation policies.
- For details specific to your group’s agreement, please refer to your groups contractl or contact groups@stayeverwild.com for assistance.
Spa-Only Bookings with or without Treatments
- To avoid charges, please cancel or modify your spa appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations made after this period, or failure to arrive for your appointment, will result in a charge for the full amount of reserved services, including applicable taxes and fees.
Additional Information
- Blackout dates may apply to certain promotional or discounted offers.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original form of payment within five (5) business days.
- Guests are responsible for confirming the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
