HOTEL
Do you offer transportation to/from Calgary International Airport (YYC)?
We do not provide an airport shuttle.
However, we recommend:
– Ten Peaks Shuttle (exclusive direct booking rates)
– ROAM
– Banff Airporter
All offer convenient service between Calgary and the Bow Valley.
Is parking available?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
– Check-in: 4:00 PM
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
Your room access code expires at 11:00 AM on departure day unless otherwise arranged.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes — we offer a selection of pet-friendly rooms (maximum of 2 pets per room). Pets must be booked into this room type. If you don’t see a pet-friendly room available, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assign one for you. Please note that pets found in non-pet-friendly rooms will incur a $100 per night fee.
Do hotel guests receive complimentary spa access?
Spa access is included only when hotel guests book a Stay & Spa Package directly through our website.
For our Everwild guests who booked directly but did not select a Stay & Spa package, we offer 15% off Spa Day Access if they change their mind. A valid direct hotel reservation is required.
Reservations made through third-party sites (such as Booking.com or Expedia) do not include spa access. These guests can purchase spa access separately on our website.
Please note: You do not need to be a hotel guest to visit the spa—Day Access is available to all guests and can be booked online.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to visit the spa?
No. Everwild Spa is open to all guests through Day Access bookings.
Can I access the spa before checking into the hotel?
Yes. You’re welcome to check into the spa before your hotel check-in time on the day of arrival. Our Front Desk team can store your bags so you can head straight to the spa and begin your experience. You may also enjoy the spa after you check out of the hotel on your departure day.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
You may request either, but approval is based on availability and may include an additional fee.
We cannot guarantee availability in advance.
Do you offer guest perks or discounts for local activities?

What are your quiet hours?
Our lobby features a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, along with complimentary board games and a digital photo booth for guests to enjoy. Hotel guests also have exclusive access to the lobby-level hot tub, open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Plus, our on-site Nordic Spa, available to book for in-house guests.
SPA
What is the Everwild Nordic spa’s hours of operation?
The Everwild Nordic Spa is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please note that re-entry is not permitted.
Where is the Everwild Nordic spa located?
The Nordic Spa is located on the grounds of Everwild in Canmore, AB, offering beautiful mountain views in an easy-to-access Canmore location. Everwild’s address is 1 Silvertip Trail.
Is there a time limit in the Everwild Nordic spa?
You are welcome from the time of your reservation for as long as you would like. We look forward to welcoming you to relax, connect with others and nature, and to rejuvenate.
Is re-entry to the Everwild Nordic Spa permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted. Your day pass to the spa includes all time spent within the spa and in Rhythm & Howl while dining as part of your spa visit. However, once a guest leaves the property, spa access is concluded for the day, and re-entry is not permitted.
Do you have an age requirement for the Everwild Nordic spa?
Our spa is designed as a tranquil, adults-only environment for guests age 18 and older. For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, children are not permitted in the spa. See ‘General’ for info on childcare.
Do you offer prenatal massages?
We do not offer massage during the first trimester (the first 3 months of pregnancy). However, we do offer our Rooted Mother Massage, which is designed specifically for guests in their second and third trimesters. Our massage therapists are specially trained and certified in prenatal massage.
What is a sauna ritual?
Sauna rituals involve a scent or scents, the waving of a towel by our Wellness Guides, and will be inspired by nature: earth, air, water, fire, and ether. Our sauna rituals are created by our Rituals Manager and team of Wellness Guides, and many rituals are available daily. No two rituals are exactly the same, and we encourage you to experience at least one during your visit.
What’s the difference between thermotherapy and hydrotherapy?
Do I need an Everwild Nordic spa reservation?
Although reservations are not required, we highly recommend reservations to ensure your access to both hydrotherapy and massage treatments. Walk-in availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for hydrotherapy reservations and Click here for massage reservations.
Can I choose my spa therapist’s gender?
Do you offer RMT treatments that are eligible for insurance coverage?
Yes—please book an RMT-specific treatment or contact us to ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly. Insurance coverage varies by provider, so we recommend confirming your eligibility in advance.
What happens if we arrive late for our spa check-in time?
You must arrive on time to be admitted.
If you are late and the spa is fully booked, you may lose your spot and be unable to access the spa that day.
While the front desk will do their best to accommodate you, alternate time slots are not guaranteed. If you expect to arrive late, we strongly recommend calling us in advance so we can manage expectations and check whether any options are available.
What should I bring?
Please bring flip-flops or sandals, a bathing suit, and a reusable water bottle (no glass permitted). If you forget any of these items, they are available for purchase on site. We also recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses.
Please also bring a government-issued ID and a credit card for check-in and wristband setup.
Please ensure you leave valuables in your locker.
At check-in, you may add money to your wristband — your wristband handles access and purchases throughout your visit.
Are bathing suits required in the Everwild Nordic spa?
Bathing suits are required at the Everwild Nordic Spa. All areas in the spa are for communal use for all genders.
Are devices like phones, cameras, or e-readers allowed?
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, phones, tablets, and e-readers are not permitted in the spa areas. Photography and phone conversations are not permitted inside the spa. For your convenience, lockers are provided to securely store your electronic devices.
Is gratuity automatically added to spa services
Yes. A standard gratuity is included for all massage and body treatments, and is already built into the price of the service. Gratuity is also automatically added to your Rhythm & Howl and Elements Lounge food and beverage bills.
This allows you to fully relax and enjoy your experience without worrying about tipping or interrupting your visit. If you’d like to adjust the gratuity amount, you’re welcome to do so at the front desk.
Where are robes permitted?
Robes are permitted throughout the Everwild Nordic Spa. They are also permitted in the lobby and Rhythm & Howl dining room until 5:00 pm.
Do you have private spaces available if the locker room is co-ed?
Yes, our locker room area is fully co-ed. However, we offer fully private, enclosed changing rooms and individual washrooms for guests who prefer their own space.

Can I wear my robe in the dining spaces?

Are there alternatives to driving, to get to Everwild Canmore?
There are alternatives to driving and we encourage the use of other methods of transportation. There are shuttles that operate between Calgary and Banff, and once in Canmore or Banff, Roam Transit’s #3 and #5C routes offer the best access to Everwild. Please view route information here: https://roamtransit.com/schedules-routes/. Canmore and Banff offer several taxi options too.
Do you offer childcare at the hotel or spa?
What is your severe weather policy?
If the pools are closed due to lightning or extreme temperatures and the delay is less than 60 minutes, guests that decide to leave the Nordic spa will forgo their right to a refund.
If the pools are closed due to lightning or extreme temperatures for more than 60 consecutive minutes and you have been in the spa for less than 3 hours and you choose to leave the spa after 60 minutes, we will be happy to process a refund. If you have been in the spa for more than 3 hours, a refund will not be issued.
Cancellation requests inside of 24 hours due to lightning or extreme temperatures in the forecast (35 degrees Celsius or hotter or -25 degrees Celsius or cooler) will be accommodated.
What is your service animal policy?
Service animals are permitted in dining rooms, on the pool deck, and in massage rooms. They are not permitted in pools, kitchens, or saunas. Please present your service animal’s government issued ID during the arrival process as service animals will not be permitted without government-issued ID.
Where do I park?
Parking for hotel, spa, and restaurant guests is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit the front desk to obtain a parking pass upon arrival. Vehicles without a valid parking pass are subject to towing. Guests staying at other Basecamp properties can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service to and from Everwild Canmore. What qualifies as a “group”?
– Hotel: 4 or more rooms
– Restaurant: 15 or more guests
– Spa: 10 or more guests
Can we schedule a site visit before confirming a group booking?
Absolutely. Connect with our Sales team to arrange a site visit to the spa, hotel, or restaurant.
Do you offer private buyouts of the spa?
Not at this time.
Can we book Rhythm & Howl for a private event?
Yes. Rhythm & Howl is available for private bookings from 6:00pm–11:00pm with a food & beverage minimum spend and venue fee. Private buyouts can accommodate up to 75 guests.
Are there hotel-only group packages?
We offer limited, last-minute group options. Please connect with our Sales team for availability at groups@stayeverwild.com.
Do you offer meeting, retreat, or corporate packages?
Yes. We create customized packages tailored to your group’s needs. Contact our Sales team to explore options at groups@stayeverwild.com.
Can we make a group reservation at Elements Lounge?
Elements Lounge does not accept group reservations. However, we would be happy to host your group at Rhythm & Howl.
Do you offer group discounts for the spa?
Yes. Please reach out to our Sales team to discuss group pricing and availability.
Do you offer wedding bookings? What’s included?
Yes. We host intimate weddings and offer:

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES
How do I change or cancel my booking?

If your booking is cancelled or modified before the cancellation deadline listed in your confirmation email, your payment will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.

If I book a one-night stay, when can I use the spa—on the day of arrival or checkout?
With a one-night hotel stay, you may book your spa access for either your arrival day or your departure day. You can enjoy the spa before hotel check-in or after hotel check-out, depending on the time you select for your spa reservation.

EXPLORERS CLUB
How do I join the Explorer's Club?
You can become a member of the Explorer’s Club in two simple ways: If you’re already a part of the Guest Book network, you’re automatically enrolled. Just make sure to book with the same email address tied to your Guest Book account. Otherwise, you can sign up during the checkout process on your next booking with Everwild.
How does the Explorer’s Club rewards program work?
After each stay with us, you’ll have the choice to receive 5% cash back, donate that 5% to a charity of your choice, or receive a 15% cash forward towards your next booking. These rewards are calculated based on your booking total before incidentals.
When will I see my rewards after my stay?
Your rewards will be credited to your Guest Book account within 3-5 days after you check out. You can watch your earnings grow and choose to cash them out or let them accumulate for bigger rewards.
Is there a minimum amount required to redeem my rewards?
No, there is no minimum threshold. You can choose to cash out your rewards after just one stay, or you can accumulate them over time for something bigger – it’s completely up to you!
Can I earn rewards on every booking with Basecamp Resorts?
Absolutely! Every booking you make with Everwild earns you rewards once you’re an Explorer’s Club member. The more you stay, the more you earn.
Are there any restrictions on using my cash forward credit?
Your cash forward credit is designed to make your next stay even better. There are no blackout dates; however, the credit must be applied to a future booking and cannot be used for incidentals.
