Guided
Rituals

Help in the Event Sauna and Steam Rooms. Each ritual is guided by an Everwild Sauna Master and Designed around Bow Valley materials and seasonal transitions.

CHINOOOK CEREMONY

A storytelling sauna ritual using rhythmic towel movements, shifting light, and ambient sounds. Scents of pine, spruce, and wild rose evoke a journey from winter chill to spring warmth.

ROCKFLOWER BLOOM

Glacier water and rockflower create a bluish steam as guests are fanned with birch vihta. A wild rose mud mask and spruce forest mist complete this refreshing ritual.

FIRE CIRCLE CEREMONY

The ritual begins around a juniper firepit for intention setting, then moves into a smoke filled sauna. Charcoal, pine, and breathwork guide emotional release through shared heat.
