What’s Included
Wood-fired heat
A wood-burning stove, benches, and the smell of woodsmoke on cold air. Sauna the way it was built to be: tended by hand, unhurried, communal.
A wellness guide
A trained Everwild wellness guide tends the fire, leads the infusions, and reads the room. You do not need to know what you are doing. That is the point.
Cold water moments
Cold completes the cycle. Use a nearby creek or lake as your plunge, or request a mobile shower where water access isn’t available.
Towels & water
Towels, cold water, and somewhere to change. Just bring your swimsuit.
What to Bring
A swimsuit
Avoid heavy metal hardware and large zippers. Metal gets hot fast. Simple and quick-drying is best.
A reusable water bottle
You will drink more than you expect.
A second towel
for the drive home.
Sandals or slip-ons
for the walk between heat and cold.
Warm layers
for the rest between rounds.
Know Before You Go
Age requirements
Guests must be 18+ / 14+ with a guardian.
All-weather experience
We run in rain, snow, and cold. Weather is part of it.
Come hydrated
Hydrate before you arrive, and skip alcohol beforehand.
Check before you book
If you are pregnant, or managing a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or another medical condition, speak with your physician before booking.
Leave it behind
Please leave jewellery and phones outside the sauna.
