Passes may be used any day of the week, at any time, subject to availability.
5- and 10-pass packages expire two months from the date of purchase. 20-pass packages expire three months from the date of purchase.
Valid ID with a local address is required at every check-in.
Passes are non-refundable and may only be used toward spa access passes. They cannot be applied to treatments, events, food and beverage, retail purchases, or other services.
Pass holders may redeem multiple visits during the same session, allowing them to bring a guest. Only the pass holder is required to meet the residency requirements and present valid ID at check-in.
Promotions cannot be combined. Only one offer may be applied per booking.
